At Home Helpers Home Care, we are looking for Care Pro / Care Leads—the exceptional caregivers who are ready to step up and be the superstars of our agency. If you’re a seasoned professional who can take charge in moments of need, offer outstanding care, and be the one to save the day when a last-minute shift arises, we want to meet you!

Position Details:

  • Role: Care Pro / Care Lead
  • Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one care for senior clients, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and adherence to personalized care plans. You’ll also be responsible for stepping in when another caregiver calls out last-minute, providing support across our service areas.
  • Travel: As a Care Lead, you should be flexible and able to travel within our service areas. You may be called upon to cover shifts in various locations.
  • Pets: You must be comfortable working in homes with pets, as many of our clients are pet owners.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience or Georgia CNA certification.
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification and TB test.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be comfortable working with pets and able to travel to various locations.
  • Strong availability and flexibility to step in and assist when needed.
